I have been wanting to take a picture of the space needle with the new paint for the 5o year anniversary. I probably will go back next week and take some more.

San Francisco

I have never been to San Francisco so I went for a couple days knowing that the pictures would be what have been taken by many before. It was still an adventure. Here are some cable car images Here are seals Here's the golden gate bridge Here's a couple artsy ones

Enumclaw highland games

I attended the Enumclaw scottish highland games today. I have gone a few times in the past years. I really enjoy seiing so many people in kilts, watching the events and or course eating meat pies. The meat pie line is always long, but wel worth the wait. I am including a couple pictures from today. Dancers and one of the pipe/drum band.

vintage car races

July 4th decided to check out the vintage car races in kent. I'd never been and decided to see what it was like, hot day but interesting to photograph vintage cars. I practiced panning and have a hand full of good images as a result here are a couple. shot some faster shots but that makes the cars look like the are not racing the panning gives the motion so it looks like their races like it supposed to be.
