Yesturday I decided to drive out to sequim for the lavender fields. It has been a few years since I went there to take pictures. I find it is better to go either before or right after the lavender festival, then you have less people and can get pictures of the fields with out any problems. Having gone yesturday, the day before the festival, there was plenty of lavender to shoot. The weather was very sunny with no clouds, not ideal picture taking weather it would have been better slightly over cast. It would probably have been better to go after the festivals since all the added antiqued and weathered prompts had yet to be set up.
