I only spent 1 day in monteriggioni, it was worth the hassle to get there. There was a medieval fire in this medieval town. Very interesting and fun to be there for even though I had a migraine. There was a group that performed at 10:30 pm om stilts. This was really cool to watch, there was a drumming group and costumed people as well as goods for sale from jewelry to food and drink. I really wanted to have the sangria but not with a migraine. The foccia with proguto was good. I have a couple short videos on my phone I'll try adding them later.
